We offer you a comprehensive program to teach your customers to distinguish quality specialty coffee and roasting from just another cup of Joe.
As part of that program, we will arrange for our Master Roaster to come into your shop and teach you the basics of specialty coffee and roasting. This foundation, combined with written materials that you will be given by Ebenezer's, will enable you to become an expert on specialty coffee. Once you have educated your customers, their word of mouth will be your best advertising.

We will also help you start up the Frequent Coffee Drinker and Coffee-by-the-Pound Clubs, which will increase customer loyalty. Our in-store marketing plan will provide you with the ability to leverage your coffee sales into food and pastry sales through cross-promotion and suggestive selling techniques.
We focus our marketing efforts on creating a devoted following. Ebenezer's seeks to cultivate patron satisfaction so that we are more than just a coffeehouse.
