Take your time when preparing your drinks initially - most customers will understand. You will soon develop methods in which you are comfortable with that will better enable you to serve the customer faster. The presentation is just as important as any other step. Try to commit yourself to creating aesthetically appearing beverages - it will only enhance each customer's drinking pleasure. Also, get in the habit of keeping a clean workstation - in the heat of a busy time it is easier to find everything you need if it is neat and ordered, and it looks more presentable to the customer. Making a cappuccino or a latte is an art - ask your store's Master Barista to show you how to design the perfect drinks.
